An Indonesian citizen born in Medan in 1993, she serves as the Corporate Secretary of the Company based on Decree No. 007/DIR-KOM/REI/VI/2026. She also currently serves as the Head of Legal at PT Rans Entertainment Indonesia Tbk.

She earned her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of North Sumatra in 2014 and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Melbourne in 2019. She brings over 10 years of professional experience in corporate law, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and corporate secretarial functions across both the private and public sectors.

Prior to joining the Company, she served as the Head of Legal & Creator Development at PT Mahaka Radio Digital. Previously, she held roles as a Legal Sub-Coordinator and Legal Specialist at the Ministry of Public Works and Housing of the Republic of Indonesia. She began her professional career as a Legal Officer at PT Perkebunan Nusantara III.

An Indonesian citizen born in 1989, he has served as the Company's Internal Audit Manager pursuant to the Board of Directors' Decree No. 006/DIR-KOM/REI/VI/2026.

He earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Pancasila University in 2013 and certified as a QIA (Qualified Internal Auditor) in 2026. He has more than 12 years of professional experience in internal audit, risk management, corporate governance, and internal control across various national companies.

Prior to joining the Company, he served as the Internal Audit Assistant Manager at PT Kinden Indonesia, an Internal Audit Supervisor at PT Keramika Indonesia Asosiasi Tbk and PT Cemindo Gemilang Tbk, and a Senior Internal Auditor at PT Darya-Varia Laboratoria Tbk and PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk. He began his professional career as an Associate Auditor at KAP Kanaka Puradiredja, Suhartono.

She has extensive professional experience in finance, accounting, accounts receivable management, and internal control. Prior to joining the Company, she served as AR & Credit Lead at PT Tani Hub Indonesia, having previously held the position of AR & Credit Specialist. She also served as Assistant Account Receivable Manager at PT Jaring Pangan Indonesia.

In addition, she held various finance and accounting positions at PT Nutrifood Indonesia (WRP) and PT MNI Entertainment (MNC Group), where she was responsible for a wide range of financial management, accounting, and reporting functions. She currently also serves as a Finance Consultant at RKB (Rans Keluarga Bersama) and RFA Rojo Sambal Indonesia.
